Every year the American Lung Association hosts the Oxygen Ball- Lowcountry Dancing with the Stars to benefit lung disease in the area.
Name: 2012 Oxygen Ball- Lowcountry Dancing with the Stars
Date: Friday April 20th, 2012 7:30pm-11:00pm
Location: N. Charleston Convention Center
Cost: $200 per ticket
Local celebrities will pair with dance pros from the Fred Astaire Dance Studios to compete for the title of “Lowcountry Dancing with the Stars Crown!”

Thursday, Feburary 23rd at Trident Technical College, Bldg. 920. Reception starts at 6pm, program begins at 7pm and ends at 9pm.

Garden in the Parks: Cannon Park

*Learn the “how to” basics of planting and what you need to be doing in your own garden this time of year. Local garden professionals will be on hand to answer questions.
*Meet at the Columns in Cannon Park
*Volunteer time 9am-11am
*Don’t show up empty handed. We need you to bring your own tools: pruners, weeders, bucket and gloves. We will provide the big tools!
